About the Broker... Barbara A Irwin is a Washington State Native ~ Living most of her life in Puget Sound area! She has been in the Real Estate Industry for approximately 15 years. Starting out in Lending as the Vice President of Consumer Lending at a California based Credit Union, and went on to Real Estate Sales about 7 years ago, & She opened her own Brokerage in January 2006 called Residential NW. She is the Designated Broker, and a Sales Agent / Realtor. She has closed approximately 2.5 transactions on average for each of her clients over the last 7 years. She close more transactions per year, than the average Agent. Barbara works mostly by referral from past clients, friends and family.
